CHUNG-ANG UNIVERSITY, SOUTH KOREA INTERNATIONAL SUMMER PROGRAM 2022

IU-VNU would like to call for applicants for the Chung-Ang University (CAU) International Summer program in South Korea. CAU offers courses on Korean culture and society while earning major course credits. The program will provide students with 6 transferable credits. In addition, students will have numerous cultural and experiential activities diving right into Korean culture and making lasting friendships with fellow CAU students.

1. Time of enrollment: June 28^th – July 22^nd, 2022 (subtle to change)
2. Location: Chung-Ang University, Seoul, South Korea
3. Application package:

• 02 Official Transcripts (scales 100 and 4.0);
• CV;
• Motivational letter;
• 01 copy of passport information page;
• Proof of vaccination.

4. Application information and deadline: Interested applicants submit the application package in PDF format to Center for International Mobility (CIM) via email nbhan@hcmiu.evn before 26 April, 2022 with the title [CAU Intl Summer Program 2022] – Full name – Student ID.
5. Program cost:

• Application fee: Free for IU-VNU students
• Credit fee: 1,500 USD
• Dormitory fee: 300 USD

6. Important notice:
   • The entire program, courses, lectures, and etc. are conducted in English only. So certain level of English ability is required to participate in the program.
   • Students can only accommodate in the dormitory during fixed period of time, which is June 28th ~ July 22nd.
   • Due to safety reasons, only students who are fully vaccinated by the Korean Government approved medicine may join the program before June 28th. Students are responsible for the disadvantages resulted from not following the vaccination requirement.

Students willing to participate in our program MUST be fully vaccinated twice within 180 days, or have been vaccinated three times, by a Korean Government certified vaccine (PFIZER, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen, Novavax, Sinopharm, SINOVAC, Covishield, Covaxin, Covovax) before June 28th.
