INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED ADMISSION FOR PHD PROGRAM IN INDUSTRIAL AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

On February 27th, 2023, International University (IU) officially offered a Ph.D. Program in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Nowadays, most companies and enterprises must approach new technologies and production methods, which requires new approach to view and solve problems related to systems in the context of competitive productivity, quality and price. Therefore, the demand for a Ph.D. Program training in Industrial and Systems Engineering is increasing so as to meet the goals of research and work in manufacturing and services.

Assoc. Prof. Le Dinh Minh Tri – Head of IU Office of Graduate Affairs – shared: “To meet the increasing demand for this occupation in our society, International University officially offers a Ph.D. Program in Industrial and Systems Engineering. The program is designed to train lecturers for universities and colleges, researchers for research institutes or laboratories, and research laboratories of enterprises, with the teaching capacity, research competence, and the capacity to produce research publications in order to contribute to the development of science and technology in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering and other related fields.”

As of today, International University has been offering 5 Ph.D programs as follows: Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial and Systems Engineering, and Public Management (in Vietnamese).
