INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY ORGANIZES TRAINING SESSION ON "PROCUREMENT GUIDELINES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES FOR PACKAGES WITH AN ESTIMATED BUDGET UP TO 100 MILLION VND"

On August 15, 2024, International University (VNU-HCM) organized a training session on the topic “Procurement Guidelines for Goods and Services for Packages with an Estimated Budget of up to 100 Million VND”. The training session attracted over 80 staff members involved in procurement tasks at the university and scientific research projects.

The training session was organized to provide guidance on the procurement of goods and services for packages with an estimated budget of up to 100 million VND, along with accompanying templates. Units and individuals from International University participated in the training activities which are related to bidding activities, in accordance with Article 2 of the Bidding Law No. 22/2023/QH15, dated June 23, 2023, ensuring compliance with the regulations.

In her opening remarks, Ms. Trần Thị Thanh Lịch – Head of the Equipment and Supplies Department – shared: “We hope that through this training session, those responsible for related tasks will gain a deeper understanding of the legal aspects of bidding, as well as mastering the relevant legal frameworks and decisions. Additionally, we also aim for this training to provide valuable information, bringing about high efficiency and consistency in the procurement of goods and services at the various units within the university.”

More than 80 officers and specialists who are in charge of procurement and bidding from various units participated in a lively training session, with many questions raised for the program’s speaker.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Thị Hiệp – Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering – attended the training session and asked questions to the speaker.
