BACHELOR'S PROGRAM IN CHEMISTRY (BIOCHEMISTRY) AT INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACHIEVES ASIIN ACCREDITATION

Recently, the Department of Applied Chemistry (Biochemistry), School of Biotechnology at International University – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) officially received the ASIIN (Accreditation Agency for Study Programs in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences, and Mathematics) accreditation certificate from Germany.

Previously, from January 9 to January 11, 2024, experts from ASIIN conducted an on-site evaluation at the university to assess the quality of the academic program, faculty, and facilities. The expert team highly praised the university’s training capacity, infrastructure, and the dedication of its faculty and administrative staff. They also provided valuable recommendations for further program improvement.

The achievement of ASIIN accreditation is a clear testament to the continuous and persistent efforts of the leadership, faculty, staff, and students of the Department of Applied Chemistry. This achievement not only opens up numerous international collaboration opportunities, but also enhances the competitiveness of graduates in the global job market.
