Nowadays, the Ministry of Education and Training is advising the Government to consider amending Decree 86, including provisions related to TNE. At the same time, through the process of inspecting and managing state-run Transnational education, the Ministry of Education and Training has also identified some issues that need to be more strictly regulated to ensure a complete legal framework, to support higher education institutions in effectively organizing and implementing TNE. In particular, we aim to improve the quality and effectiveness of TNE, truly affirming the role of TNE in the Vietnamese higher education system. This significantly contributes to the context where Vietnam’s position and role in the international arena is being increasingly elevated.”
