SHARING EXPERIENCE IN WRITING AND PUBLISHING ARTICLES IN PRETIGIOUS WORLD JOURNALS

In the morning of June 23rd, 2023, IU School of Business Administration organized a workshop named “Sharing Experience in writing and publishing articles in prestigious world journals” by Prof. Zafar Uddin Ahmed – Lecturer of Marketing, School of Business Administration, International University, VNU-HCM.

The workshop’s keynote speaker is Prof.Zafar Uddin Ahmed – Lecturer of Marketing, School of Business Administration, International University, VNU-HCM. He is also the founder, President and CEO of Academy for Global Business Advancement (AGBA).He is also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Journal for Global Business Advancement and Journal for International Business and Entrepreneurship Development USA.

Besideshis experience in teaching Marketing and International Business for many decades, Prof. Zafar Uddin Ahmed is also the founder, President and CEO of Academy for Global Business Advancement (AGBA), and the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Journal for Global Business Advancement and Journal for International Business and Entrepreneurship Development USA.

Ms.Tran Thi Tuong Vi M.A – a graduate student supervised by Prof. Zafar – shared her experience in working and publishing articles during her study.

The Academy for Global Business Advancement (AGBA) was founded in Texas (USA) as a non-profit organization in 2020. The academy is proud to have a network of more than 1000 members based across more than 50 countries that include scholars from reputed academic institutions, corporate leaders, governmental officials, entrepreneurs and consultants hailing from both western and emerging countries. 

IU lecturers listened attentively to the sharing of Prof. Zafar Uddin Ahmed.

The workshop covered many useful sharings including: Overview of publishing articles in international scientific journals, advice and experience on how to write international articles and how to get an article published, and skills in searching and selecting prestigious international journals to publish articles (Paid Journals and Non-paid Journals). Moreover, the speaker shared ways to identify and avoid predatory journals and publishers. The workshop attracted many lecturers and graduate students of IU who wish to pursue doctoral studies, work on scientific research, and write and publish their articles in world-renowned journals.

The seminar’s atmosphere was more vibrant thanks to the Q&A between the lecturers and the speaker.
