Announcement on 1st call of 2019 - NII International Internship Program at National Institutes of Informatics, Japan

2. Application package:

• CV in English;
• Certificate of verification of being a graduate student at the International University;
• List of 01 – 03 topics out of the Research topics List of NII (List of topics see at: https://bit.ly/2IAgq0J );

Note: Candidates should make a contact with NII supervisors whom they would like to conduct research topics. (e-mail correspondence etc.)

3. Application procedure:

• Candidates complete the application form above.
• Candidates choose 3 of the topics in the Research topics List of NII.
• Candidates should contact the instructor at NII to discuss the proposed research topic;
• Candidates submit the application documents to International Student Service Center (Room A2.604);
• NII will select candidates and notify the results at the end of June 2019;

Note:

• No direct application from candidates is accepted.
• NII internship students must work on the topic which has been agreed before their arrival and comply with that work and follow regulations. In case of non-respect of the conditions, NII will take an appropriate action including termination of their internship.
• At the end of their internship, candidates are expected to submit “NII International Internship Program Report-Evaluation” to NII. NII will issue a certificate of completion to each intern student.

4. Deadline of submission:

Please submit required application documents to International Student Service Center (Room A2.604) before 16:00,  10/05/2019.
