Summer course at HAN University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands

International University would like to invite you to participate in the Summer Course at HAN University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands. Two Summer Courses would take place from 23 June – 12 July 2019: 

  • European Culture, Business and Entrepreneurship
  • Supply Chain Management (NEW)

*Note: The summer courses each run for three weeks, parallel to each other, so students are NOT able to participate in both summer courses at the same time. 

  1. Summer courses’ descriptions and topics:
  European Culture, Business and Entrepreneurship Supply Chain Management
Descriptions The course is suitable for all students who are interested in learning more about European culture, entrepreneurship, doing business in Europe and in developing their personal skills. During this short course students will participate in interactive workshops that focus on skills and personal development in both entrepreneurial and general topics. We are proud to introduce our new summer course, during which students will combine theory and practice in tutorial-style classes and company visits in the field of supply chain management. In additional, they will learn about Dutch culture and the different cultures of their international classmates.

  1. Admission requirements for both courses:

This summer courses are suitable for 2nd or 3rd year bachelors students. Students who are not a native speaker of English are required to submit an English proficiency level equivalent to an IELTS score of at least 6.5 or iTOEFL score of at least 90.

  1. Costs:

Program fee: Fee based on exchange (no tuition fee): € 1500

The program fee includes:

  • accommodation and breakfast,
  • transport from and to Amsterdam Schiphol airport,
  • transportation between accommodation and campus on week days,
  • visits and excursions,
  • welcome and farewell meal and
  • health & liability insurance.
  1. Credits:

The total number of contact hours in this programme (lectures, workshops, excursions and company visits) is 75. Students will need to spend an additional 25 hours on homework, preparation and self-study.
