Despite numerous changes and challenges over the years, our partnership has remained a steadfast foundation and a catalyst for innovation. We collaborate not only because of mutual benefits, but because we recognize that our values, inspirations, and commitments blend in a way that allows us to achieve far more than either institution could accomplish alone. Since the moment we formalized our Strategic Partnership, we have not merely expanded our cooperation—we have elevated it. This agreement is not just a document; it is a statement of intent. It affirms our determination to strengthen collaboration, broaden our vision, and build frameworks that not only meet current needs but are forward-looking enough to withstand the uncertainties of the future.”
