INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY HOLDS THE 2025–2026 STAFF AND EMPLOYEES’ DELEGATES CONFERENCE
On December 19, 2025, International University (Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City) solemnly held the Staff and Employees’ Delegates Conference for the 2025–2026 academic year. The conference served as an important forum for all staff members and employees of the University to review activities and operations carried out during the 2024–2025 academic year, while also discussing and setting out key orientations and tasks for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The Conference was honored to welcome the University’s leadership, the Board of Presidents, and a large number of staff and employees of the International University. In an atmosphere of democracy, unity, and responsibility, all attendees remained highly focused, demonstarting a serious working attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Văn Thăng – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of International University, and Ms. Trần Thị Thanh Lịch, M.A. – Chairwoman of the University Trade Union, co-chaired the Conference.

The Conference of Staff and Employees approved the Summary Report for the 2024–2025 academic year, the Directions and Key Tasks for the new academic year, the Financial Report, and the Report on the activities of the People’s Inspection Board. In addition, the University presented commendation certificates to outstanding individuals and collectives in recognition of their achievements. The Conference also acknowledged and addressed questions and constructive feedback from the delegates. These contributions serve as an important foundation for the University to refine and further develop its plans and activities in the upcoming academic year.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đinh Đức Anh Vũ – Vice President of International University, presented the Summary Report for the 2024–2025 academic year.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Minh Thành – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Biotechnology, shared contributions to International University at the Conference on the afternoon of December 19, 2025.
With a serious and responsible working spirit, the Conference concluded successfully. It is hoped that the Conference will serve as a strong driving force, enabling the collective of International University to fulfill its assigned objectives and continue to thrive in the 2025–2026 period.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Ninh Thụy – Head of the Department of Planning and Investment, represented the leadership of VNU-HCM, delivered a directive speech at the Conference.
Individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training for outstanding achievements in 2023 and 2024.
Collectives received Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training for outstanding achievements in 2023 and 2024.
