INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY HONORED 73 ADVANCED YOUNGSTERS PEOPLE SETTING GOOD EXAMPLES IN FOLLOWING UNCLE HO’S WORDS
On the morning of July 13, 2020, International University (VNU-HCM) honored the advanced Youngsters of the University who set good examples in following uncle Ho’s words. Attending the ceremony were Ms. Mai Kim Tuyen – Deputy Head of International Department of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Mr. Tang Huu Song Binh – Representative of the Youth Department of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, and the Representatives of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union.

The Youngsters honored who were lecturers and graduate students of International University received the certificates from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Canh – Vice Rector of International University – and Mr. Tang Huu Song Binh – Representative of the Youth Department of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union
The ceremony was one of the practical activities to welcome the Party Congress at all levels, which took place at the beginning of the vibrant summer volunteer days. The Ceremony was an opportunity for the International University’s advanced Youngsters to look back on the journey of following Uncle Ho’s words in the past year and timely acknowledge their efforts and contributions. The ceremony also affirmed the determination of the Youngsters of International University to follow Uncle Ho’s words, and to contribute to making the country better as Uncle Ho wished.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always considered nurturing the young generation as the top priority. He always gave special attention to the future owners of the country. Following his instructions, during the past years, the Youngsters, especially the Youngsters of International University, have always strived to study, train and grow, to become a young generation with full capacity, quality and bravery.

The ceremony honored 73 advanced Youngsters of International University following Uncle Ho’s words in 2020. Among them, 14 were lecturers and graduate students, 59 were undergraduate students of International University.
The journey following Uncle Ho’s words this year has left outstanding marks and profound lessons in each individual. That journey will be continued when the good values of each story are spread and become the motivation for the younger generation to constantly strive.

Studying from and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style has gradually become regular and practical tasks. The moral values of Uncle Ho have gradually come into the life of Vietnamese people, especially for the union members and young people. Following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style has motivated the union members, the youths to work and study, to practice morality, to promote the spirit of pioneering and to devote wholeheartedly to the society and the country.
