Office of Investment & Development

1. To advise the Rector on performing the function of construction investment, usingthe assigned capital sources to manage, organize, and implement construction investment projects; repairing, maintaining, renovating, upgrading and expanding the facilities and landscapes from the stage of investment preparation to the completion of construction; bringing works and work items of the project into use in accordance with current regulations.
2. To advise the Rector on performing the function of managing the International University Development Fund: receiving, managing and using development capital sources from the International University, from the National University Development Fund and from endowments and voluntary contributions of the society, organizations and local and foreign individuals for the purpose of supporting the staff, lecturers and students of International University in the activities of teaching, learning, scientific research and investment into facilities development.
3. To perform other functions as assigned by the Rector.
